Estos Términos de Uso (en adelante, "Términos") regulan el acceso y uso de la aplicación móvil Faro de Fe (en adelante, "la App"), publicada por Manuel Linares (en adelante, "el Desarrollador"), particular con residencia en España.
Al instalar o utilizar la App, aceptas estos Términos. Si no estás de acuerdo, no uses la App.
Faro de Fe es una aplicación gratuita de inspiración católica que ofrece, entre otras funcionalidades:
El Desarrollador te concede una licencia limitada, no exclusiva, no transferible y revocable para usar la App con fines personales, espirituales y no comerciales, en dispositivos que poseas o controles.
El código, diseño, marca y materiales originales de la App son propiedad del Desarrollador. Los textos sagrados, oraciones tradicionales y citas de santos pertenecen al dominio público o a sus respectivos titulares; se incluyen con fines devocionales y formativos.
El nombre "Faro de Fe" / "Beacon of Faith" es una marca utilizada por el Desarrollador para identificar la App.
Las entradas de tu Diario de Gratitud, tus citas favoritas y tu progreso en las devociones se almacenan únicamente en tu dispositivo. El Desarrollador no tiene acceso a ese contenido. Eres responsable de hacer copia de seguridad si lo consideras necesario.
La App incluye un botón "Invítame un café" que enlaza a buymeacoffee.com/ulzuhan. Las donaciones son totalmente voluntarias, no reembolsables y no desbloquean funcionalidades en la App. Toda la App y todas sus funciones son gratuitas. La transacción es procesada íntegramente por Buy Me a Coffee bajo sus propios términos.

El Desarrollador puede actualizar, modificar o discontinuar la App o cualquiera de sus funciones en cualquier momento y sin previo aviso. No se garantiza la disponibilidad ininterrumpida del servicio.
La App se proporciona "tal cual" y "según disponibilidad", sin garantías de ningún tipo, expresas o implícitas. En la máxima medida permitida por la ley aplicable, el Desarrollador no será responsable de daños indirectos, incidentales, especiales o consecuentes derivados del uso o imposibilidad de uso de la App. Nada en estos Términos limita la responsabilidad del Desarrollador por aquello que la ley no permita excluir (p. ej., dolo o negligencia grave).
El tratamiento de datos se rige por la Política de Privacidad, que forma parte de estos Términos.
El Desarrollador puede modificar estos Términos publicando una versión actualizada en esta URL. El uso continuado de la App tras la publicación implica aceptación de los Términos vigentes.
Estos Términos se rigen por la legislación española. Para cualquier controversia que no pueda resolverse amistosamente, las partes se someten a los tribunales del domicilio del consumidor cuando este sea aplicable, o subsidiariamente a los tribunales que correspondan según la legislación vigente.

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the Beacon of Faith mobile app (the "App"), published by Manuel Linares (the "Developer"), an individual based in Spain.
By installing or using the App, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Beacon of Faith is a free Catholic-inspiration app offering, among other things:
The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the App for personal, spiritual and non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control.
The original code, design, brand and materials of the App belong to the Developer. Sacred texts, traditional prayers and saint quotes are in the public domain or belong to their respective owners; they are included for devotional and educational purposes.
The name "Beacon of Faith" / "Faro de Fe" is a mark used by the Developer to identify the App.
Your Gratitude Journal entries, favorite quotes and devotional progress are stored only on your device. The Developer has no access to that content. You are responsible for backing it up if you consider it necessary.
The App includes a "Buy me a coffee" button that links to buymeacoffee.com/ulzuhan. Donations are entirely voluntary, non-refundable, and do not unlock any features in the App. The App and all its features are free. The transaction is processed entirely by Buy Me a Coffee under their own terms.

The App's content is devotional, formative and for personal inspiration. It does not constitute:
The Developer may update, modify or discontinue the App or any of its features at any time without prior notice. Uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App. Nothing in these Terms limits the Developer's liability for matters that cannot legally be excluded (e.g. willful misconduct or gross negligence).
Data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
The Developer may modify these Terms by publishing an updated version at this URL. Continued use of the App after publication implies acceptance of the Terms in force.
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute that cannot be settled amicably, the parties submit to the courts of the consumer's domicile where applicable, or otherwise to the courts designated by current legislation.
